Hurry up! Only 1 item is in stock!

Original WWII German Army aluminium cockade and wreath assembly for an NCO visor cap. This silver-finished wreath features detailed oak leaves with acorn clusters and retains its original national cockade at the centre. All attachment prongs and pins on the reverse remain intact, making it suitable for restoration or display.

Historical Context

The cockade-and-wreath assembly was a standard insignia component on German Army (Heer) peaked caps throughout WWII. The oak-leaf wreath symbolised honour and military tradition, while the coloured cockade represented national identity. NCO versions were typically produced in aluminium with a silver finish and were worn on field, parade, and service caps.

Condition

The wreath remains in very good condition with strong detail and minimal wear. The cockade colours remain well-preserved, and all attachment prongs are present and functional.
