Original collection of 24 Reich-era German glass projector slides from the “Für Deutschlands Freiheit!” (“For Germany’s Freedom!”) series, produced by Litofa circa late 1930s–early 1940s. Each slide bears an individual photographic image and title, covering subjects from agriculture and industry to military training, naval vessels, and home front life.
This matching group reflects the visuals used for education and public presentations during the Reich period. Each slide retains its original cardboard frame with printed title and LITOfa maker’s mark.
The “Für Deutschlands Freiheit!” series was part of the visuals distributed for schools, party events, and military training. Produced by LITOfa, these slides depicted German labour, technology, and the armed forces, reinforcing unity during wartime.
Intended for use with glass lantern projectors, sets like this are rare to find complete today, as most were destroyed or dispersed after 1945.
Very good overall with light edge wear and minor surface dust. Images remain clear with strong contrast; no cracks or losses. A scarce, well-preserved period set.
