Produced before the full militarisation of the German Army, this pouch comes from a time when German equipment still reflected interwar quality and attention to detail. The F.W. Rosenbaum, Breslau maker is well-documented among pre-war suppliers of field gear, producing equipment later issued throughout the Wehrmacht’s rapid expansion years (1935–1939).
