Rubberised field dressings were issued to German troops to provide better protection against dirt and moisture than the standard cloth-wrapped variants. They were commonly carried in belt pouches or stored in field gear and were part of every soldier’s basic medical allocation throughout the war.
Both dressings are in good, unused condition with expected light wear to the rubberised covering from storage.
