Original WWII German field dressing wrapped in grey cloth, dated either 1943 or 1944 depending on stock. These are unissued examples, retaining tight wartime string ties and clear printed instructions. Sale is for one bandage selected at random.

Historical Context

Cloth-wrapped field dressings formed part of every German soldier’s first-aid allocation and were commonly carried in belt pouches or tunic pockets. By 1943–44, production was simplified, leading to the grey cloth variant seen here, issued widely on all fronts during the final years of the war.

Condition

Excellent unissued condition with minor storage wear. Print remains clear, and original ties are intact.
