Original large-format WWII photograph depicting a full group of German Army Infantry NCOs posed outside a stone building, with a single commissioned officer seated in the centre of the front row. The image is sharply detailed and studio-stamped in the lower right corner by a photography firm in Potsdam. Measures approximately 17 × 12 cm.
Professional group photographs were commonly taken at training schools, barracks, and NCO courses throughout the war. Such images served as mementos for soldiers and often documented individual units, instructor groups, or promotion classes within the German Army.
